Our Partnerships

As public agenda’s move to embrace employment as a key driver to improvements in public health there has been a pressure for commissioners to invest in ETE and Outreach services within drug and alcohol services, this despite the presence of large scale funding streams available from the DWP through JCP’s and Work Programme providers and from existing community based groups and activities.

At Intuitive Thinking Skills we have a passion for ensuring individuals are better skilled to take full advantage of the services that are already available, rather than duplicating provision within commissioning silo’s.

We recognise that essentially we are all dealing with the same people and that what is needed are interventions that deliver to all agenda’s so that funding streams can be shared.

The strength of our proposition is that we deliver both within Drug and Alcohol Treatment systems and the local partners such as Job Centres, Work Programme, Hostels, GP Surgeries, Community based clubs, Criminal Justice services etc. We recognise that there is a wealth of experience and skills in these partner agencies and the communities that they serve and we aim to mainstream drug and alcohol treatment. This significantly increases the uptake of the services offered within treatment whilst ensuring once in, people are focussed at problem solving and moving on.

Click on the “Our Partners” tile below to find out more of what we do and where we do it.

With over 200 partnerships across the UK, Intuitive Thinking Skills is truly a nationwide company. Use the search function below to find out what we deliver in your area, and the partners we work with.

The first part of the Jigsaw experience is based on offering opportunities for service users to meet together on a regular basis – to talk about issues that affect their lives and/or offer help and guidance by tapping into the wealth of experiences that service users have to offer. The second element is related to engagement, which we achieve by offering members access to a wide ranging programme of free activities – transport provided. To participate, members are required to attend our meetings and subscribe to our simple rules. We also offer pathways to training, education and volunteering – often in conjunction with partner agencies.
